Donation Refund Policy
The Dominiq Ponder 7/22 Foundation appreciates every contribution and understands that errors can occur. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction date at [email protected] with your name, donation amount (in USD), date of the transaction, and a brief description of the error.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted at the sole discretion of the Foundation.
Please note that once a charitable donation has been used to fund a program or scholarship, it cannot be reversed. We encourage donors to review their giving details carefully before completing a transaction.
Delivery & Fulfillment
Donations are processed electronically. No physical product is shipped in connection with a standard charitable donation.
Upon completing your donation, you will receive an electronic confirmation and receipt at the email address provided. All donation amounts are processed in US Dollars (USD).
Cancelling a Recurring Donation
You may cancel your monthly recurring donation at any time by emailing:
